Sun East Federal Credit Union SUCKS!
Well its Tuesday January 11 2005. about 12:00 P.M. Well first off Happy New Year.
Now for my main subject today.... Sun East Federal Credit Union Sucks. I made a mac deposit at sun east on sunday morning to cover checks I had out. When I looked at the account on monday my deposit wasnt on there. I waited until about 3:00 then they tried to take out the checks and of course my deposit was put in after they tried to take out the money for the checks I had out. So they hit me with 12 non suff. check fees of $ 27.00 so I now very very pissed off at them. so what I deposited on sunday now went to them for return check fees the bitch of this is most of the return checks were for under $10.00 dollars a piece so now the checks for $10.00 now cost me 37.00 each not to mention the company I mailed the checks to will probablly charge me for a return check fee for each check. I feel like going and Choke someone at Sun East. This is BullShit! I guess you know by now I will be changing banks This week! So heres to you Sun East.... Go F*** Yourselves you no good rotten Theiving Bastards !! Have a good day. M

Sounds like M & T Bank. Try Commerce or PNC Bank Mike. At Commerce when I deposit cash (Even on a Sunday) it immediatly gets posted. M&T isn't even open on Sunday.
Hey! I used to work there and let me tell you something!! They treat their employees like sh** as well. I am glad you changed banks. Spread the word. I know one of their tellers lives in Folcroft!

I work at Sun East and i think this is ridiculous. Sun East is a wonderful credit union.. not a bank as stated in your blog. Every financial institution has ATM deposit holds, as we do. Also, NSF charges, If you needed those funds for MOnday, you needed to make that deposit the prior business day, as financial institutions run off of 'business days', that would have been friday, not sunday at a machine, that the funds just sit in until someone clears it out. Also, the fee's are not 37.00, they are 32, and this blog is from 05 when they were much less.
As for someone that used to work here, they had no real clue how great of a company it truely is.
